2025 Ms. Abdul-Razak Randa Akolpaka is a Business Development Officer at Tradeline Consult Ltd. She leads projects that enhance access to finance, market linkages, and capacity building for women, and youth-led agribusinesses. She supports over 170 Village Savings and Loans Associations (VSLAs) across Northern Ghana, empowering rural women through financial inclusion and entrepreneurship. Abdul-Razak facilitates SME investment readiness and strengthens connections with financial institutions. She is passionate about grassroots-driven change and contributes to research and policy design for inclusive food systems.
