Ms. Dembele Aminata is passionate about empowering women, youth, and vulnerable groups through training and capacity-building initiatives. Her work spans agroecology, climate change, land rights advocacy, leadership development, and strengthening public speaking and policy engagement. Passionate about inclusive agricultural transformation, she helps communities understand and influence agricultural policies in Mali and across Africa. Ms. Dembele’s goal is to drive meaningful gender integration in policy formulation and implementation to ensure equitable and sustainable agricultural development.
