Ms. Raolisoa Ianja is the Head of the Food Security and Nutrition Department at Madagascar’s Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. She coordinates national food and nutrition security policies, ensuring multi-sectoral integration and alignment with climate, agricultural, and nutrition strategies. As the National Food Systems Focal Point, she leads the country’s roadmap for sustainable food systems transformation. She also serves as the National Coordinator of the SAMS Cluster (Food Security and Livelihoods), guiding humanitarian and resilience efforts.
