Dr. Bila Zouératou is the Head of Training at the Togolese Coordination of Farmers’ Organizations and Agricultural Producers (CTOP). She leads capacity building efforts of the youth and women in agricultural organizations through a comprehensive training program. Her work focuses on leadership, governance, gender, land tenure, agricultural policy, and resource mobilization. Dr. Zouératou coordinates a structured four-module, two-year training cycle, followed by local coaching, to nurture future leaders. She also oversees curriculum development, mobilizes trainers, and ensures effective implementation through pedagogy.
