Ms. Tougma Clarisse Tiemtore is a Gender and Inclusion expert currently serving on the Benkadi Project, which addresses climate change and environmental resilience. Her work focuses on promoting inclusive adaptation practices, such as land restoration and the monitoring of gender-sensitive public policies in agriculture, environment, and human rights. She leads capacity-building and advocacy efforts to enhance community resilience and food security. Tougma also supports institutional teams by integrating gender and inclusion in project implementation, developing training modules, and guiding inclusive policy formulation.
