The virtual AWARD Women’s Leadership and Management Course offers just-in-time interactive online sessions aimed at equipping women leaders globally with up-to-date skills and knowledge. This customized course builds the leadership skills of women leaders, addressing the unique challenges women face at different times, including the current unique demands of leading amid a global crisis, and not only survive but thrive.

The virtual Women’s Leadership and Management Course comprise eight sessions, each focusing on building an online learning community of women leaders. The course is designed for women currently in mid-senior leadership roles, scientists, managers with supervisory and higher-level responsibilities working for national, regional, and international organizations.

AWARD Training has carefully designed the course to address women leaders’ unique needs and priorities. The course will be delivered by world-class AWARD Trainers with extensive experience and knowledge in designing and delivering customized learning experiences for diverse audiences.

The training will be delivered from March 8-31, 2022, will include eight live online sessions and offline assignments and exercises.

The slots are limited to 30 participants to ensure high interaction and personal attention.
