2025 Ms. Veronica Otuko Dzeagu is a passionate development professional and founder of DevCraft Africa, an organization championing youth and women entrepreneurship and advancing climate action across Africa. With experience in Ghana's nonprofit and private sectors, she has worked on various initiatives, including education, sustainability, and climate change. Her core focus is empowering women-led agribusinesses to overcome financial barriers and thrive. Veronica is currently working to improve inclusive agricultural finance, especially as Ghana prepares to launch a Women’s Bank. She envisions a future where African agribusinesses transform local farm products into global brands, unlocking innovation, equity, and food security across the continent.
