Dr. Patience Atitsogbey is a public health nutritionist whose research centers on micronutrient deficiencies, maternal and child nutrition, and sustainable food systems in Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa. Her work explores the links between nutrition, health policy, and environmental sustainability. A lecturer at the Accra School of Hygiene, Patience, has extensive qualitative and quantitative research expertise. She is committed to shaping nutrition policy and mentoring the next generation of African researchers.
