Lilian Kisebe

2025 Ms. Lilian Kisebe is a seasoned development practitioner with over six years of experience in food security, nutrition, and climate-smart agriculture. She serves as the Business Development Services Coordinator for the 10X Project at Finding XY and is the Co-founder of VSAI-Climate Smart, supporting smallholder farmers with weather index insurance, agronomic advisory, and market access. She has vast experience in gender-responsive agri-food systems, nutrition-sensitive agriculture, and climate resilience. Lilian has previously worked with “Rikolto” and “Food for the Hungry”, empowering rural communities through sustainable farming and financial inclusion. She is passionate about inclusive policy development and advancing gender equality in agriculture.
