Dr. Abimbola Kikelomo Ojo is a passionate researcher focused on gender and livelihood diversification for sustainable living, particularly among women and youth. Her work involves engaging women farmers through training, identifying their livelihood strategies, addressing land tenure issues, and promoting coping mechanisms for production challenges. Her research examines resource use efficiency and encourages entrepreneurship to enhance income and reduce poverty. She actively fosters young girls' interest in agricultural careers through school seminars and seedling donations. Committed to transforming lives through agriculture, Abimbola aims to mentor more female researchers and promote agriculture as a pathway to food security and empowerment.
