Ms. Zalia Ouedraogo Mantoro is a lecturer at both Ouagadougou and Ouahigouya universities, and a manager at La Fondation Afrik Ozalliam. She is president of Toastmasters, Burkina Faso Chapter. She uses her leadership experience in the West Africa Subregion mentoring and building junior Toastmasters members’ Communication and Leadership skills in Niger, Benin, Ghana, and Cote d’Ivoire She has over 15 years of experience in mentoring, honed through coordinating and delivering programs in regional and nationwide organizations. Her core competencies include technical training design, management, and coaching. Ms. Mantoro joins the AWARD Team with a strong conviction in teaching as a primary role in crafting the world by crafting people. She trains in the leadership and mentoring series for AWARD.
