Dr. Salome Gitoho is a leadership, organizational development, and human resource expert with over 30 years of experience in various capacities in the governmental, non-governmental, and private sectors. She trains and facilitates in the areas of leadership and management, corporate governance, human resource management, and basic sign language. She has developed and delivered training and workplace consulting interventions for diverse teams in Burundi, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Dubai, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, Philippines, Rwanda, Uganda, and Tanzania. Dr. Gitoho is also a lecturer at the United States International University-Africa (USIU-A) where she teaches leadership, human resource, and business and cross-cultural management. She is passionate about mentoring young professionals. She holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) in Leadership and Organizational Change, an MBA in Strategic Management, a BA in Public Administration and is a Certified Public Secretary of Kenya (CPS (K)). Dr. Gitoho brings to the A-Team in-depth knowledge in organizational development, leadership and management, and strategy formulation.
