Rev. Prof. Ivy Drafor-Amenyah is an Associate Professor in Agricultural Economics (Pentecost University College), an ordained minister of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana, and the Lead Training Consultant at Agenda Inspirations. She has also worked in other universities, and international organizations including the World Bank, FAO, and GIZ. She mainly conducts research in the areas of food security, urban/rural disparity, qualitative and quantitative social research. She has served as an online coach in proposal writing for IFPRI, managed inter-disciplinary research teams, and is a reviewer for a number of international peer-reviewed journals. She provides counseling for individuals and teams and has a passion for developing young people. Rev. Prof. Drafor holds both a Master’s and Doctorate degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Guelph, Canada, and is an MBTI® certified leadership development practitioner. She brings to the ATEAM over 20 years of experience as a trainer, coach, mentor, researcher, and facilitator.
