Mr. Allan Bukusi is a leadership advisor and training consultant.  He has worked with the private sector, government, and non-governmental agencies to facilitate staff empowerment, organization development, and change management programs in Kenya, India, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, and Ghana. Mr. Bukusi has served as the Chairman of the Africa Leadership and Social Development Centre and as CEO of the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya. He was also honored as a Fellow of the Institute of Human Resources Management. He has written several books on leadership, management, and personal development including, ‘Thinking Leadership in Africa’, which highlights the challenges that leaders face in the continent. He holds an MA in Leadership (Business & Enterprise) and an undergraduate degree in Science. He brings to the ATEAM over two decades' worth of experience as a leadership development advisor and is inspired by every opportunity to influence the establishment of vibrant and ethical socio-economic enterprises in Africa and beyond.
