2025 Prisca Roselyne Sènami serves as the Gender and Climate Change Focal Point for Benin under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Since COP23, she has served as a climate negotiator for Benin on issues related to gender, adaptation, and climate finance. She coordinates collaboration among gender focal points in sectoral ministries and leads awareness efforts for women in government and civil society on climate issues. As the Head of the Climate Finance Resource Mobilization Unit, she explores national and international funding opportunities, supports proposal development for the Green Climate Fund and Adaptation Fund, and promotes gender-responsive project implementation.
