Yvonne Etchutakang is a researcher in post-harvest technologies, specialising in rural food production systems. Her goal is to use innovation to add value to existing seafood products and develop new products based on local agricultural raw materials. Yvonne also designs and improves equipment and processing methods tailored for small-scale rural processors.
