Lucrèce Megnitsop leads gender initiatives at the Association for Supporting the Self-Empowerment of Women of Boumba and Ngoko (AAFEBEN). With extensive experience in community outreach, project management, and monitoring, Lucrèce collaborates with various partners, including GIZ, FTNS, WWF, and local ministries, to foster sustainable livelihoods and advance gender equity in natural resource management.
